Designed to bring the iScan family to the world of Internet of Things (IoT), the iScan-P4700 hosts the Infineon XMC-4700 – a powerful ARM Cortex-M4 32-bit processor core microcontroller with extensive peripheral control, 12-bit ADCs, and other features. To fully exploit the IoT mindset, the iScan-P4700 has a wide input power range; it can accept battery power and automotive power (5.0 – 30V).

The iScan-P4700 is also crammed with interfaces to allow for flexible integration including wired and wireless networking through a 10Base-T/100Base-TX ethernet phy and Digi Xbee module.  An array of various I2C sensors that provide extensive environmental sensing capabilities – temperature, pressure, humidity, 6-DOF IMU, light, gas, and a microphone – are included with the iScan-P4700.

The iScan Radar Series makes rapid prototyping of high-performance radar quick and easy. Utilizing a modular architecture, CEI’s iScan processor, expansion and antenna modules can be mixed and matched to create a customized development platform. Equipped with extensive capability, such as MIMO, steerable beams and digital beam forming, iScan provides superior performance for tasks such as range, speed and RCS measurements, target tracking, collision avoidance, occupancy sensing and much more. iScan antenna modules are available in 24, 60 and 77 GHz options, making the iScan Radar Series an excellent solution for your next application.
